Scott Lopez
Founder & Managing Principal
Scott Lopez is the Founder and Managing Principal of Lopez Capital Advisors, a strategic advisory firm operating at the intersection of business development, government affairs, and capital formation.
With more than two decades of experience spanning investment banking, private wealth management, public policy, and executive leadership, Scott helps innovative companies navigate complex markets, develop strategic partnerships, and access institutional capital.
A United States Marine Corps veteran, Scott is a Registered Representative with GT Securities, Inc., a Registered New Mexico Lobbyist, Founder and CEO of the New Mexico Nuclear Alliance, and Founder of Vida Mejor Capital.
He has built trusted relationships across investors, Fortune 500 companies, federal and state agencies, tribal governments, utilities, national laboratories, research universities, and economic development organizations throughout New Mexico and the Southwest.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of New Mexico and an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Téa Lopez supports business development, investor engagement, research, CRM management, and strategic relationship development. An Honors graduate of San Diego State University, she supports client engagement and capital formation initiatives while pursuing additional securities licensing.
Sandra Rubalcava Lopez
Director of Operations
Sandra Lopez oversees operations, client experience, project management, and executive coordination. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the California Institute of the Arts (CalArts) and a Master's degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University, ensuring every client engagement is delivered with professionalism and exceptional attention to detail.
